Our Role is very important for both improving and maintaining skin health.  By utilising the latest treatment techniques and technologies we are able to help improve skin texture, enhance elasticity and minimise pigmentation. A proper skincare program can also improve the skins own immunity and barrier function.  Being able to provide a healthier and hydrated skin pre and post cosmetic procedures is vital for achieving optimal results.

If Cosmetic and Laser procedures are something that you are considering or you simply just want to improve your skin then a specific tailor made skincare program and treatment plan is recommended.  As a Dermal Clinician one of the most common things that I see amongst clients is the use of the wrong products for their particular skin.  In the aesthetic industry it can be very confusing about which products are best for a particular persons skin, as there is so much information and misinformation.

Antioxidants have been a buzz word in skincare for a while now and Vitamins A, C and E have been used in cosmetic formulations for many years.  Most recently Vitamin B3 or Niacinamide has become a popular and important cosmeceuticals that is commonly recommended for its variety of dermatological applications, such as ageing hyperpigmentation, acne, rosacea, eczema and dermatitis.  It is always a topical ingredient that I recommend for pre and post laser treatment especially for its pigment prevention properties.  Niacinamide is a non-irritating way of helping even out skin tone and fade pigmentation in all skin types.
